Summary: It was a good place to explore Oslo, because of its location. Anyway, This hotel isn't a typical one with a front desk. There was no front desk and no 24-hour staff member, which made us feel a bit embarrassed. We had to communicate with the hotel through an app, which I fiund a bit bothersome.

Summary: They stay was amazing, we booked a room with City View and it was perfect. Super nice and clean and the room very good quality. We did have an issue with the AC the first night but after talking to the front desk, they've switched the room for us and gave us an upgrade. Everyone in the staff was amazing, super nice and very helpful :)

Summary: Brilliant hotel, the self service concept is great for the experienced traveller. Staff was also at hand if any questions came up. The common area downstairs is very cosy, free coffee for guests. Did not try the restaurant and missed the cinema and yoga, but lvoe the idea. Location is superb, very central. Got a room upgrate and just wanted to stay in the room and chill! Will definately stay there again.
